Assembly
The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.
2
Switching on and off
The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.
3
Dimming
The lamp is not dimmable as standard. However, since dimmable LEDs are installed, it can be converted to dimmable by replacing the transformers. Thanks to the click system, the transformers are easy to swap. You can buy the matching dimmable TRIAC transformer directly from us. After the swap, the lamp can be dimmed via trailing-edge phase-cut dimming. The TULIO lamp contains two transformers, and both have to be replaced for the lamp to become dimmable.

FAQ
1 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes! The lamp comes with built-in LEDs and is ready to use right away. You don't need to buy any additional bulbs – you can simply mount the lamp and start using it. The LEDs have a very long lifespan of over 50,000 hours and are covered by our 3-year warranty.

2 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the lamp. In our experience, however, it is usually the transformers rather than the LEDs themselves that are affected by defects in LED lamps. These can generally be replaced quickly. If you ever have any problems with this, we will of course be happy to help you.

3 Is there a money-back guarantee?

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.

For a stress-free return process, you can simply register your return via our returns portal. There you can keep track of the current status of your return at any time.

4 Is Tulio SmartHome capable?

The light can be made SmartHome-capable by replacing the transformer. To do this, the transformer must match the technical requirements of the previously installed transformer.

5 Where can I find the installation instructions for the Tulio?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.

6 Can luminaires with IP20 be used in the bathroom?

Lights with protection rating IP20 may only be used in the bathroom outside the protected zones. This means they are not suitable for direct use in the shower or above the bathtub. In dry areas, for example in the middle of the room or on the ceiling, they can however be used. For added safety, we recommend lights with at least protection rating IP44 in the bathroom.

7 Is the Tulio TRIAC dimmable?

The TULIO is not dimmable as supplied. However, it can be made TRIAC-dimmable by replacing the two installed transformers. The transformers are available from us for €19.50. Two transformers are needed for the conversion, as the lamp has two separate LED strips installed.
